Seachem Marine Buffer Review

Submitted by AquariumsLife.com on January 2, 2010 – 11:13 amNo Comment

Seachem Marine BufferDESCRIPTION
SeaChem Marine Buffer is designed to adjust pH to 8.3 and maintain both pH and alkalinity(KH). It is formulated not to disrupt the natural ionic balance of marine water with prolonged use. Marine Buffer contains a natural balance of sodium, magnesium, calcium, and potassium salts of carbonate, bicarbonate, and borate, formulated for enhanced and lasting buffer capacity at pH 8.3 without sacrificing calcium. It dissolves readily and does not obscure water clarity. The original Marine Buffer remains clearly superior in both composition and performance and is the choice of discriminating aquarists. A 1Kg bottle treats 3200–6400 gallons. Marine use only.

REVIEW
It work as advertised. I have been using this buffer for a few years. I think this is a great product for smaller tank. It’s realy easy to use, just follow the directions. I would say the product is good for small tanks but I would not recommend it for larger tank (50 gallon and up) due to its cost.
